Emily Jones - Owner & Founder
Emily was born with a passion for food and has always loved trying new things, ultimately though her passion lies with all things sweet. Attending TAFE in 2010 she learnt all there is to offer about breads, pastries and pies, but it was the sweet stuff that brought a sparkle to her eye.
Being crowned the winner of Best Dessert at the national Proud to be Chef competition in 2011 she founded The Baker's Dozen to share her passion with you all and help you celebrate the sweeter things in life.
